On March 3, 1986, Torregiante wrote and compiled his first book called "Aqueous Cleaning For Printed Circuit Boards". This program initiated the elimination of hazardous waste by converting solvent (freon) based printed circuit board cleaning systems into Aqueous (water) cleaning systems that utilizes Saponifers.
